2006 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE
HOTEL INDUSTRY (AGBH 2006) as of 15 November 2006

The following regulations apply to deviations from the AGBH:

**Cancellation conditions:**

* Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

* Cancellations made from 30 to 7 days before arrival will be charged with 40% of the total price.

* Cancellation within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show we charge with 80% of the total price.

In the event of a free cancellation, any deposit already paid will of course be refunded. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded less the credit card company's fee (usually 2.5%).

Arrival is possible from 3 pm.
Departure until 9 pm.
