2006 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE
HOTEL INDUSTRY (AGBH 2006) as of 15 November 2006

The following regulations apply to deviations from the AGBH:

**Cancellation conditions:**

* Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.

* Cancellations made from 30 to 7 days before arrival will be charged with 40% of the total price.

* Cancellation within 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show we charge with 80% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 3 pm.
Departure until 9 pm.
